SciFest in Finland: To mark the International Year of Light, the slogan selected for the 2015 edition of this science and technology festival for students and teachers was "Power of Light." The aim of SciFest is to educate young people about science in fun and engaging ways. A total of 12,000 visitors from over 50 nations visited in the city of Joensuu.
