Meet our new trainees
This week we introduce you to our new trainees in our Global Graduate Program. Let's start with Peng from China. Judith and Robert will follow over the next few days.
Originally from China, Peng is a product management trainee with our Medical Technology business group in Berlin. He came to Germany to do a degree in mechanical engineering and medical technology at the RWTH Aachen University, which he completed successfully. "I already experienced ZEISS in close-up as an intern during my studies. I was particularly fascinated by the excellent corporate culture and the different career opportunities that the company offers. The Trainee Program at ZEISS is an excellent stepping stone into a future career as it offers the possibility of gaining a cross-departmental overview of the company. The highlight of the program is an international assignment aimed at confronting participants with other cultures, enabling them to become active and networked in a global environment. I would like to thank ZEISS for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to constantly enhancing my performance, accepting responsibility and being successful together with ZEISS."
